How to use your made-to-measure products

When you purchase 3D Fit Shoes insoles, you will receive them within 15 days. it will have a label with your name, footwear type, and left or right designation.

To use the under-measure insoles, replace removable insoles with ours, or insert our insoles into shoes without removable insoles. Ensure a snug fit before wearing. Made-to-measure shoes or sandals already have the insole included.

How to use the spacers to loosen and tighten the shoes

Initially, your made-to-measure shoes and insoles may feel a bit uncomfortable as they need some time to adapt to the shape of your feet, usually a week. Therefore, it is advisable to use them gradually until you get used to them.

In 3D Fit Shoes, we make sure that all our made-to-measure shoes are fully adjustable and fit perfectly for every preference and situation.

In case you want to adjust the tightness or looseness of your shoes, you can use the 1mm spacers provided in the box with your custom-made shoes. For a tighter fit, add a 1mm spacer, and to make more space for your feet, remove them.

Insoles

Learn how to use and care for your insoles with our detailed instructions. Following them will speed up pain relief, increase comfort, and improve the product’s durability.

Adaptation

  • Due to the curves of the insoles, you may experience discomfort during the adjustment process. To reduce this discomfort, we recommend using the insoles for progressively longer time periods: Start with 2 hours on the first day, then increase to 3 hours on the second day, and so on, until you reach 7 days of use;

  • Within a week of use, the memory foam layer will begin to form the shape of your feet, providing you with better comfort and support;

  • The adaptation process can take up to 30 days. If you experience increased pain during this time, stop using the product and contact us.

Insole Care

  • Cleaning: cloth dampened with water and neutral detergent;

  • Do not use alcohol-based products or abrasive products;

  • Do not let it dry in the sun.

Warranty terms

We provide a 90-day warranty period for refunding the cost of your made-to-measure insoles and shoes. This period starts when we receive a delivery confirmation.

If you have purchased more than one custom-made product and received discounts on your purchase, you will lose this benefit if you return the product that enabled the discounts. If you return the product you purchased at full price, the discounts you received for other products will no longer be valid.

For a return and refund, the product must be in the following conditions:

– We recommend using the products for 30 days;

– The 90-day warranty period must not have expired;

– The product cannot be adulterated;

– The product must be custom-made and original from 3D FIT SHOES.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you must destroy the product by cutting off the uppers from the soles. Watch the instructional video below showing how to do it:

Remember, do not use a knife, only blunt scissors. Follow these steps:

– Remove the insole from the shoe and cut it in half.

– Cut the shoe’s upper side, separating the upper from the sole of the shoe.

– Record a short video and send it to the e-mail: contact@3dfit.shoes

The video will be analyzed to ensure that the shoes are sufficiently destroyed, and your refund will be processed within 10 days upon approval.
