Once the scan is complete, the data is securely sent to our design team, to create a detailed blueprint of your unique foot structure using the measurements of your 3D foot scan. Our design process takes all factors into account to tailor the shoes perfectly to your requirements.

Everything is sent to our 3D printer farm, the uppers of your shoe are cut by a very accurate cutting machine that precisely cuts every component of the shoe to the exact proportions, ensuring a perfect fit on the foot. After all the components are made to your foot measurements, your shoe will be assembled.

Each pair undergoes quality checks to ensure they meet our standards. We inspect every detail to guarantee that your made-to-measure shoes are not only functional but also durable and stylish. After this final check, your shoes are ready to be sent to your home.
