To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 90-day fit guarantee on all our made-to-measure products. Please read the terms and conditions below to understand how our fit guarantee policy works. 

To qualify for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• The shoes must have been used under normal conditions and not subjected to excessive wear or abuse.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The shoes must be destroyed by cutting them both in the upper part. 
• Please send a picture showing the shoes have been destroyed.

If you believe your shoes qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@3dfit.shoes with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if it falls under the 90-day Fit Guarantee.
3. If your claim is approved, you will need to destroy the shoes you have in hands to receive a replacement. This involves cutting the upper part of the shoe. Watch the video below to see step-by-step instructions if you have any questions.
4. Take clear photos of the destroyed shoes and send them to our customer service team in a follow up email.
5. Once we receive proof of destruction and evaluate if it complies with the 90-day fitting guarantee, we will process your replacement order.
