Process of manufacturing
After scanning your feet with the 3D Fit Shoes app, the data will be sent to our factory. Each item is 100% customized to fit your feet perfectly. Using our precision 3D printing technology, we make everything according to your foot.
Everything is sent to our 3D printer farm, the uppers of your shoe is cut by a very accurate cutting machine that precisely cuts every component of the shoe to the exact proportions, ensuring a perfect fit on the foot.
Once we have everything printed and the upper part of the shoe is ready, everything is sent to our production line, where it’ll be all put together and the shoe assembled. After a final check by our Quality department team, the shoes are ready to be sent to your home. The manufacture process takes only 5 business days!
