A client has several anatomical changes in her feet, including navicular drop, wide rear and mid-foot, hallux valgus, and significant calcaneus enlargement at the back. Due to these changes, finding a regular or even a made-to-measure shoe that fits properly is a challenging task. However, our custom shoe is made using a fully digital model of the foot and the last, which enables us to create a shoe that respects the complete anatomy of the client’s feet. This client was provided with a 100% custom shoe that accommodates all of her anatomical variations.
